pluckets

Pluckets, not to be confused with pull-apart or monkey bread.  We are talking a whole new thing.  These are one of my hubby's favorite things.  Thy are usually a New Year's Eve traditional snack food with puppy chow.  They are a quick snack or lunch and easy to make.

Pluckets

Ingredients:
Frozen dinner rolls, 36 count
36 cheese cubes
1 jar dried beef
1stick butter, melted
Salt and Italian seasoning if desired

Directions:
Thaw a package of frozen dinner rolls according to package directions.
Once thawed, flatten roll and fill with a cheese cube and a piece of dried beef.  You want to wrap the beef around the cheese like you are wrapping a present.
Dip in melted butter and place in a large casserole dish.  Repeat with remaining rolls.  Sprinkle salt and/or Italian seasoning on top if desired.
Let rolls rest and rise 30 minutes.
Bake in preheated 350 oven for 45-60 minutes until golden brown and baked through.  Pluck a roll and eat!
